PLACING
A 2009 “RESERVATION HOLD”
If there is a chance you may want the same home in 2009, we strongly suggest you place a $50 (plus tax) Reservation Hold by Wednesday of your rental week. Holding fees will be $50 per week/per house. Hold fees are not transferable or refundable. Hold fees for additional weeks on additional vacation rental homes will be increased above the $50 base fee in $25 increments per week/per house for all homes. All fees paid will be credited to your final reservation once it is confirmed.
PLEASE DO NOT ASSUME THAT YOU HAVE FIRST OPTION NEXT YEAR ON THE HOME OR THE WEEK THAT YOU OCCUPIED IN 2008 UNLESS YOU HAVE PLACED A RESERVATION HOLD ON THAT PARTICULAR RENTAL HOME.
The hold is not transferable or refundable; however, if the home becomes unavailable due to unforeseeable circumstances we will be happy to transfer the hold fee to another available home, or refund it at your request.
Please note that once your 2009 reservation is confirmed, all monies paid will be applied to that reservation.
